Part-Time Janitor – Harker Heights

Central Texas’ largest commercial cleaning company is seeking part-time janitorial staff.

Location: Harker Heights, TX

Schedule:

Part-time, 7 days a week. Approximate hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

(Hours may vary; additional details provided during the interview.)

What You'll Do

• Clean professional spaces using detailed nightly checklists
• Perform tasks including: sweeping, mopping, restrooms, trash removal, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, dusting
• Work independently and stay on task without direct supervision
• Use a mobile app to clock in/out and report issues or supply needs promptly

Who You Are

• Physically able to move, lift, bend, and stand for your entire shift
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and checklist-driven
• Self-motivated – you don’t wait to be told what’s next
• Professional in appearance, respectful in conduct

Requirements

• Clean criminal background
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with data to access the mobile timekeeping app
• Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with staff
• Punctual, dependable, and performance-driven
