Digital Content & Website Management Internship

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in website management & digital marketing?

InterSoccer, Switzerland’s largest grassroots football provider for boys and girls aged 3-13, is offering a 3 to 6-month internship starting in November, where you will develop skills in website management, SEO, paid advertising, content production, social media management, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce website, including updates, content management, product setup, plugin management, and security monitoring.
• Perform web development tasks using basic HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows and CRM integration.
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
• Track campaign performance using UTM parameters and analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Integrate and manage APIs to ensure seamless cross-platform data connectivity.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking and performance monitoring.
• Conduct paid media performance analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimization of campaigns.
• Support the creation and management of digital content for social media and the website.
• Design marketing materials, including infographics, videos and flyers.
• Conduct market research and support database management.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce, web development, SEO, and plugin management
• Good understanding of email marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign workflows
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid media tracking and optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or German good to have)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and bring creative ideas to life
• A proactive, dynamic, and flexible mindset
