Dispatcher

• Efficient Coordination

Ensure the timely scheduling and dispatch of vehicles to meet operational requirements

• Accurate Record Keeping

Maintain detailed logs and reports of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and driver assignments.

• Vehicle Maintenance Monitoring

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for servicing

• Compliance and Safety

Ensure that all vehicles comply with regulatory and safety standards.

• Dispatch Coordination

Assign drivers and vehicles based on operational needs and availability

Communicate effectively with drivers regarding trip details and schedules

Handle adjustments to schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• Records Management

Maintain and update vehicle dispatch logs, fuel usage reports, and maintenance records.

Prepare and submit regular reports to the SSU OIC regarding fleet utilization and efficiency.

• Maintenance Monitoring

Track vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure adherence

Notify the OIC of any issues requiring immediate repair or servicing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,255.00 - Php19,261.00 per month
