Driver/Yard Person

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver & Yard Worker to join our Brady’s team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, and contributing to the success of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials as required
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled with care
• Maintain the yard by organizing inventory, keeping work areas clean, and ensuring safety standards are followed
• Provide excellent service to customers and contractors picking up materials
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed, including moving, stacking, or preparing items for shipment
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in driving, yard work, or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety practices and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots required
