Job Summary:
The ERP Sustainment Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing support of HSIO's global ERP environment. This role leads day-to-day ERP sustainment operations, including incident management, user support, vendor coordination, and operational prioritization across support, enhancements, and minor initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own global ERP production support and sustainment activities
- Lead resolution of high-severity incidents and production outages
- Provide leadership and backup coverage for ERP support resources
- Manage ERP AMS vendors and system integrators
- Prioritize operational support, enhancements, and minor initiatives
- Monitor support metrics and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years ERP production support experience
- 3+ years leadership or managerial experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QAD ERP
- Experience supporting global organizations
- Familiarity with ITIL practices

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $150,000annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role. Base salary is one facet of Amphenol's total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and membership in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
