Group Product Manager - Lighting & Luminaires

Position Overview

The Group Lighting Product Manager is a key member of the company’s senior leadership team responsible for driving the strategic development, performance, marketing and growth of the Group’s lighting portfolio. This role requires a balance of technical lighting and specification expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership qualities to ensure the Group remains at the forefront of the New Zealand lighting industry.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the lighting product portfolio, including specification, design, compliance, stock management, entry and exit strategies and supplier relationships. They will lead initiatives that strengthen market presence, drive innovation, and deliver profitable outcomes across all channels.
