Hr Assistant Manager

HR ASSISTANT MANAGER

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Manage all human resources department from employee relations to payroll to compliance issues;

2. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

3. Coordinating all administrative activities related to company’s personnel;

4. Implementing systems for managing staff’s compensation, benefits and payroll;

5. Handle the recruitment team and do recruitment, end to end

6. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

7. Responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives.

8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation

11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

13. Do end to end HR from sourcing to termination, end of contract

14. Support company mission and vision

15. Nurture a positive working environment

16. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

17. Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

HR Assistant Manager represent both the employee and the company. You need to have a good understanding of labor and employment laws, and be able to communicate them to employees and employers.

Qualification:
1. Bachelors Degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
2. At least 3-5 years in HR officer, HR Supervisor, HR Assistant Manager
3. Have background in end to end HR
4. Willing to work on 5 working days, 9am to 6pm schedule , onsite at Makati City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
