Hr Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management
  • Conduct interviews, initial screenings, and onboarding processes independently
  • Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support where needed
  • Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and compliance efforts
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure labor law compliance
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage HR requests
  • Handle disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Lead or support special projects such as performance evaluations, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs
  • Knowledgeable in Payroll Processing and Mandatories
  • Provide regular HR reports and insights to management
  • With at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant HR Manager
  • with experience in the Restaurant and Food Industry.
  • Willing to work in Magallanes Makati

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
