Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining HR processes, supporting program management initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts through recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or Oracle HCM.
- Support change management initiatives and HR program management to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems including ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and Dayforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing information on HR policies, and supporting training & development programs.
- Participate in payroll processing activities using systems like Ceridian or ADP, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends related to workforce metrics; prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist with process improvement projects aimed at optimizing HR workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Support budgeting activities related to HR initiatives and training programs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations and effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, or program management.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or Dayforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel or specialized HR analytics software.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management practices.
- Supervising experience or involvement in training & development initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in human resources are preferred but not required.
