Hr Generalist

Job Summary:

The role will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, with the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement and performance.
• Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disciplinary matters.
• Support training, learning, and development initiatives.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and labor standards.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
• Partner with managers to support organizational goals and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (Generalist or related role).
• HR certification (e.g., CHRP, HRBP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
