SUMMARY OF THE ROLE This internship is for fresh graduates to help them integrate their academic learnings with work experience and practical knowledge in the Human Resource Department.

This internship program is designed to provide practical hands-on training and exposure to Human Resource function within the
organization. Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Team in digitizing employee records.
• Support HR Team in carrying out Employer Branding activities to increase Jotun visibility.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding matters related to HR.
• Carry out assigned and agreed tasks and activities to achieve the internship's purpose.
• Communicate and cooperate in a way which contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER What we are looking for:

• Fresh Graduate (BBA/MBA) from recognized university
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365
