We are currently looking for additional : HR INTERN

Work Status : Internship

Work location: Kramat Lane

THE JOB:

The Key roles and responsibilities of the internship in Human Resource Department include the following:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
• Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
• Assist in preparation in Payroll
• Assist in granting consolidated documents
• Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
• Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be in HR Related or Project Management course or equivalent
• Strong in project management and communication skill
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme
