Inbound Sales Representative
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and convert leads into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to build rapport with customers, and a keen understanding of sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Calls: Answer and respond to inbound sales calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Consultation: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads, identifying potential sales opportunities and following up with potential customers to nurture relationships.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries and leads into sales by offering solutions and persuading customers through effective communication.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to confidently provide information and address customer concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to existing or prospective customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for improving processes, products, or sales approaches.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
