Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be in daily contact with national and international clients to schedule appointments, prepare quotations, and handle after-sales services. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone for cold calling and have a natural sense of commerce.
- Preparing quotes for road transport, sea freight, air freight, and warehousing;
- Conducting telephone acquisition (cold calling);
- Assisting in setting appointments for account managers;
- Following up on quotations.
Job Requirements
- Relevant education at MBO/HBO level;
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative;
- Fluent in English. Fluent in Dutch or Chinese is preferred;
- Knowledge and experience with CargoWise is a plus;
- Proactive attitude combined with humor and team spirit.
