Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Janitor to join our team and maintain a clean and orderly environment for our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various cleaning duties to ensure the facility is well-kept.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform cleaning duties

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
