Kitchen Assistant
Location: Canberra, ACT
About Us
Manila in Canberra is opening soon and we’re building our team! We’re looking for reliable and hardworking kitchen staff to help us prepare for launch.
The Role
We are seeking Kitchen Assistants to start immediately. You’ll support our chefs and cooks with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food prep
- Wash dishes and keep kitchen areas clean
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support the kitchen team during service
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or kitchen experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- Availability to start quickly
