We are currently seeking a reliable, high-energy Busser/Food Runner to support our front-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant for the Christmas period. This role is essential to maintaining smooth service, clean dining areas, and timely food delivery to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, server stations, and beverage areas.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering condiments, and supporting guest needs.

Food Running

• Deliver food orders to guests promptly and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure correct food delivery.
• Describe dishes to guests when necessary and answer basic menu questions.

Guest Experience

• Greet guests warmly and be attentive to their needs.
• Respond quickly to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate server.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during busy service periods.

Operational Support

• Restock utensils, napkins, glassware, and other service items.
• Help maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas (expo line, service stations, drink stations).
• Assist with opening and closing side-work as assigned.
