Join Dexcom’s dynamic International Legal team, where collaboration, innovation, and impact drive everything we do. As part of the APAC Legal group, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Dexcom’s mission to empower people to take control of diabetes through continuous glucose monitoring. Our team thrives on solving complex legal challenges across diverse markets, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us, make a difference, and help shape the future of healthcare in the region.

Where you come in

  • You manage the full lifecycle of contract operations for Dexcom’s APAC region, with a focus on Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
  • You draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of customer and vendor agreements, ensuring alignment with legal and business standards.
  • You collaborate closely with Legal colleagues and cross-functional teams to drive contract efficiency and compliance.
  • You obtain approvals for non-standard terms and ensure proper documentation and storage of executed agreements.
  • You develop and maintain templates, forms, and processes to streamline contract workflows.
  • You coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
  • You provide legal guidance on marketing, intellectual property, licensing, and other business matters.
  • You support process improvements and contribute to the organization of the contract repository.
  • You communicate regularly with stakeholders and Legal HQ to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  • You uphold Dexcom’s legal standards and procedures with consistency and professionalism.
  • You manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • You liaise with internal teams via email, phone, and Zoom to provide timely updates and support.
  • You apply knowledge of foreign laws, regulations, and cultural nuances to ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions.

What makes you successful

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Law, Pre-Law, Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 5 years of progressive experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Your paralegal certification is a plus.
  • You have experience working in large multinational organizations, ideally in life sciences or medical devices.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent English writing, editing, and negotiation skills.
  • Your attention to detail and independent judgment set you apart.
  • You think strategically and offer practical legal solutions that support business goals.
  • You work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Your tech-savviness allows you to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with contract management systems and digital signature tools.
  • You thrive in remote work settings and can also work from Dexcom’s offices in Taguig or Cebu.
  • You bring additional language skills (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Chinese), which are helpful but not required.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years
    equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
