Production Team Leader (Cnc Milling/Wirecut/Edm)

QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must took up Vocational Course (TESDA) or any equivalent 4yr course
• With atleast 3 years experience on the said position
• Candidate must able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Willing to work overtime and during holidays
• Willing to work on shifting schedule

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Establish priorities and production quality standard
• Establish standard procedure and safety protocols
• Accomplishes targets and meet demands
• Strict execution of the project
• Checks and monitor output for quality assurance and documents or discards defects
• Maintains a safe and clean workstation
• Review and analyze process improvement
• Ensure effeciency of the productions and cost effectiveness
• Aim to use technical knowledge
• Familiarity on the production processes in CNC Machines, Grinding, Conventional Milling, Lathe
• Develop innovative solutions that improve operational performance
• Adherence to quality standards and maximize efficiency
