Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture aligned with best practices.
• Develop end-to-end solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and automation processes.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, declarative tools, and Apex/Visualforce development.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and governance practices.

Project Leadership:

• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and administrators to ensure seamless implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with organizational objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.

Strategic Role:

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
• Recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in an architect role.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
