Reporting to the Brand Director you will be a key driver of growth for the Premium Skincare portfolio across Helena Rubinstein (total Brand) & Lancôme Absolue (Premium franchise for Lancôme) across the ANZ regions.

Lancôme Absolue is a marketing leading premium skincare franchise within the Lancome portfolio. Lancôme, the flagship brand of L'Oréal Luxe, stands as a global leader in luxury beauty, renowned for its French elegance and pioneering scientific innovation across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Own the Portfolio Strategy: Take full ownership of the Helena Rubinstein skincare portfolio & Lancome Absolue Portfolio, managing product assortment, new launch strategies, promotional planning, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
- Develop 360° Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of robust O+O campaigns, collaborating with media, PR, digital, and retail teams to create seamless and immersive consumer experiences.
- Uncover Market Insights: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to identify strategic growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Steer Brand Performance: Continuously monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales, pricing, profitability, and market share, to optimise brand strategy and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and Develop Talent: Manage and develop a direct report, supporting their day-to-day work while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Champion the Brand: Act as a guardian for the brands, ensuring all activities and communications are aligned with the brand's unique identity, purpose, and luxury positioning.
You are a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who effortlessly balances brand building, commercial strategy, and data-driven analysis. We're looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in product and portfolio management, ideally within the beauty or luxury retail sector.
- The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to drive strategy.
- A can-do attitude, known for taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing long-term product and marketing strategies that leverage consumer and market insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
