Role Overview

We are looking for an intern to support our Global Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in a variety of day-to-day tasks and client projects. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience in one of the world’s leading brand consultancies, where you will have the chance to work with some of our most iconic global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting on a range of day-to-day tasks including responding to internal emails, maintaining files, organising documents, creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting the CSO with meeting preparations
  • Carrying out research and analysis, drafting reports and preparing findings for clients
  • Attending meetings, taking notes and actioning follow ups
  • Supporting the project management of ongoing work and campaigns
  • Acting as a point of contact for the CSO for key updates on work and deliverables
  • Liaising with the CSO’s PA to support with management of key priorities and deliverables
  • Drafting internal and external emails and communications, as required

The Role

  • Full-time – 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
  • 3-6 month contract
  • Salary: London Living Wage
  • Based in our London office – this is an in-office role to support collaboration, learning and growth although we do offer some flexibility.

About you

  • Passionate about brand strategy, market research and analytics
  • Able to think strategically and creatively
  • Understands business strategy
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of an international team
  • Eager to learn and able to share your own perspective
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter, who is pro-active and can work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Additional language skills are not essential but would be welcomed!
