  • Lead the design and delivery of digital products in collaboration with Technology, Data Services, Operations, and User Experience teams — ensuring intuitive front-end experiences and robust back-end integrations.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from discovery and documentation through development, testing, and post-launch optimization

  • Embed automation and AI-driven enhancements to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain rigorous data governance, lineage, and quality standards across all digital products.

  • Partner with QA teams to establish testing, UAT, and regression standards that safeguard production integrity.

  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and oversee usability testing to ensure exceptional client and employee experiences.

  • Define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, performance, and client satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements

  • Produce and maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and technical dependencies.

  • Engage stakeholders across CX, UX, Transformation Office, Automations, Operations, Data, and IT to align priorities and communicate progress.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology delivery within financial services or fund administration.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions at senior levels.

  • Experience with client-facing applications and user experience design.

  • Deep knowledge of financial services operations, client service processes, and regulatory requirements

  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and modern product development practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks across technology, operations, and product functions

  • Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automation, platform modernization, and data-driven solutions.
