Wedding & Events Manager

We are seeking an experienced, organised and customer-focused Wedding & Events Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a key leader within our Sales & Events team, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of weddings, conferences, and social events from initial enquiry through to the final farewell. You will guide clients through their journey, manage event operations on the day, and ensure the seamless delivery of every detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all wedding and event enquiries, show-arounds and bookings
• Provide expert guidance and support to couples and clients throughout the planning process
• Prepare detailed function sheets and coordinate with all hotel departments
• Oversee event execution, ensuring exceptional service standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
• Drive event sales and contribute to revenue and profitability targets
• Manage contracts, invoicing and accurate event documentation
• Represent the hotel with professionalism, confidence and warmth

About You

• Previous experience in wedding or events management (hotel experience an advantage)
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
