Wholesale Retail Sales Representative

Sales Representative – Field Based (Philadelphia Territory)

We are an established wholesale distributor serving retail stores with 1500+ trusted, high-turnover SKUs of well-known household, health, and beauty products. Our supply network and inventory access allow retailers to order in-demand products consistently and at scale.

We are currently looking for a Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our Philadelphia retail territory, working directly with stores and earning commission based on sales generated.

Position Summary

This is a field sales role focused on visiting retail locations across the Philadelphia region. There is no fixed office start point — your work will take place directly at store level, building relationships and closing orders in person.

You will be presenting and selling products that retailers already recognize and re-order regularly, including items for:

Department stores

Pharmacies & medicine stores

Grocery stores & supermarkets

Discount retailers & 99-cent style stores

Chain and independent retail locations, and more

Examples of Brands Included in Our Catalog Retailers order from our line daily because these are brands shoppers buy every week, such as: Dove, Tide, Head & Shoulders, Colgate, Pantene, NIVEA, Listerine, Huggies, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail stores in assigned Philadelphia territory

Present catalog and close wholesale orders in person

Open new accounts and generate repeat customers

Maintain store route and manage customer relationships

Track sales and commissions clearly and accurately Identify shelf demand and bring re-stock opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Field sales or territory route experience preferred

Comfortable approaching retail buyers and store owners

Self-managed and motivated

Licensed driver or ability to travel across territory

Retail sales background a plus

Commission-based earnings depending on sales volume No fixed salary — your income grows based on performance. This is a territory sales position, ideal for someone who wants schedule flexibility and commission upside.
