The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform semi-complex activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
• Submission Clearance
• Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
• Auto
• Compliance
• Other operations, as needed.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications.
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables.
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed.
• Other operational tasks as needed

• Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Detail and quality minded
• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
• 1-3 years data processing and analysis experience required
• Previous experience in insurance industry desirable
