Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients while driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and technical knowledge, enabling them to communicate the value of our products and services effectively. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management strategies.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including warm calling to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance client engagement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Provide technical sales support, demonstrating product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Lead initiatives aimed at expanding the client base and enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on B2B sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with liability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated leaderships abilities in managing client relationships and driving team success.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client requirements effectively.
