Account Manager - Sales(Automotive Fuse)- Chinese

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years in Automotive/Electronics, preferably with fuse industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads using cold calling, trade shows, events, and referrals within the automotive industry.
  • Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate products to clients in Automotive, Electric, Energy Storage, and Renewable Energy sectors, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  • Quotation Management: Oversee all quotation activities prior to the project SOP.
  • Sales Negotiation: Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to automotive clients.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and resolving client concerns promptly.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Purchasing and Engineering departments of clients for sustainable growth.
  • Adaptability in Startups: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing flexibility and initiative in a startup environment.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, ideally in Automotive or fuse industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive with a strong drive to contribute to a growing startup.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work beyond typical hours to ensure success in a dynamic environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
