Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculating employee compensation, generating payslips, and processing payments
• Maintain employee records and update information as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll tax and labour regulations
• Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and analyses
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve any payroll-related queries or issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using payroll and accounting software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
