Accounting Assistant Supervisor (General Accounting)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Experience with hotel accounting systems and ERP platforms is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in Circuit Makati
