Accounting Associate

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements.

Job Description

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Assisting with data entry of accounts payable and receivables.
• Assist and support all company personnel
• Gather and compile routine reports and summaries

Qualification

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field.
• Fresh Grad is welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Capability to work independently on specified tasks
• Willing to work on-site
• Can start ASAP
