Accounting Associate (General Accounting)

JOB SUMMARY

• Performs basic accounting such as financial data entry;
• Process transactions, updates ledgers, prepare ageing reports, accruals and other financial related transactions; audit reports
• Provides assistance in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• Reconcile vendor and/or customer invoices and identify discrepancies, reviews/ validates financial supporting documents before endorsing to signatories
• Submits accurate and timely data for financial reporting purposes.
• Voucher/Check Preparation in the absence of the Disbursement personnel
• Performs other Accounting related task

QUALIFICATION

Education:

• Degree in Accountancy or other related courses such as Management Accounting and/ or Financial Accounting.

Experience:

• Has at least 2 years or more work experience as Accounting Assistant / Associate or other related position;
• Knowledgeable in General Accounting
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
