Accounting Manager

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a solid grasp of consolidated reporting, accounting standards, and financial analysis?
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful financial reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation of financial statements across the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Analyze variances and trends in consolidated reports and provide insights for executive decision-making.
• Review management reports and financial schedules prepared by analysts, ensuring alignment with accounting policies.
• Validate trial balances of affiliated entities, recommending corrections and necessary journal adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during year-end audits and special projects (e.g., mergers, acquisitions).
• Stay up to date with new accounting regulations, tax updates, and reporting standards.
• Oversee the group’s intercompany account reconciliation processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvements
• Prior experience working with external auditors and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with consolidation tools is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
