Accounting Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls. The role supervises accounting staff and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Supervise and guide accounting staff.
• Handles BIR Letter of Authority (LOA) and tax audit requirements
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Perform ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Highly orgaized and detailed oriented
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
