Accounting Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join a leading power and energy company as an Accounting Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will help manage the accounting operations of the parent company and its holding companies, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded and financial reports are prepared in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.

You will play a key role in overseeing the month-end and year-end closing process, preparing financial reports and analysis for management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission
• Supervise and guide Accounting Operations Specialists

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong background in financial reporting, general ledger, and closing processes
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
