Key Responsibilities:
- Process global supplier invoices promptly and ensure accurate system entry.
- Verify that invoices match valid purchase orders or supplier contracts.
- Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and request invoices as needed.
- Address supplier queries and disputes regarding payments proactively and promptly.
- Respond quickly to all supplier inquiries or disputes received via phone or email, coordinating with relevant internal departments or personnel to resolve issues.
- Verify new supplier bank details.
- Assist with other assigned accounting tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven accounts payable experience in a busy or fast-paced finance team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with Workday is preferable but not essential.
