An ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills. In addition, the candidate should possess an easy going, composed personality, good follow-through skills and the desire to take pride in their work product. Finally, the candidate should be willing to learn new skills and techniques and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Some training provided.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and providing clerical support

Data Entry

Review, sort and distribute faxes, mail and other correspondence accordingly

Process invoices and enters data to balance accounting records, accurately pay invoices, and reconciling reports

Process purchase orders and create invoices

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous receptionist/office experience helpful
• Fluent in English (reading/speaking/writing); bilingual is a plus
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, solve problems, and take initiative

• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to produce results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma and some college work preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
