Accounts Receivable Specialist | Makati

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the accounts receivable ledger and reconcile accounts regularly
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and clients, using effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable function

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and relevant regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
