Administrative Assistant (Printing Operations)
Contract Period: 16 Dec 2025 – 15 Dec 2026 (Extendable for an additional 12 months)
Location: 2 Lorong Napiri
Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am – 5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 8:00am – 5:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Administrative Assistant (Printing Operations) will support the school in both printing and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform heavy-duty printing services for staff, including printing, photocopying, and laminating of worksheets, exam papers, circulars, notes, and other teaching/administrative materials
- Assist the General Office (GO) with reception counter duties
- Support GO in general administrative tasks, such as:
- Paper and stationery supply management
- Data management and data entry
- Archiving and disposal of old documents
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum secondary education with ability to perform job functions
- At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity
- Prior experience in printing operations and basic administrative duties
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle high-volume printing/photocopying/laminating tasks independently
- Skilled in operating and troubleshooting office machines (heavy-duty copiers, risograph, collator, binding machine, laminating machine)
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized
- A team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Lower Secondary Qualification (Preferred)
Experience:
- printing operations and basic administrative support?: 3 years (Required)
