Compensation: Starting at $18/hour | 40–44 hours per week

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reception & Client Coordination

  • Greet clients and visitors with a polished, professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and courteously
  • Book and confirm appointments for Icon Rocklear, PPF, windshield film, and tint services
  • Check in clients during appointments and arrange Uber rides as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front office/reception area

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Accurately input and manage client records, deposits, invoices, and work orders in our CRM
  • Document any vehicle conditions, damages, or notes for installer clarity
  • Organize digital files in Google Drive and maintain physical filing systems
  • Support internal communication by relaying job info clearly to installers and team leads
  • Keep workflows streamlined with timely data entry and follow-through
  • Create internal docs, spreadsheets, and office materials using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Assist with office tasks and internal projects that keep our shop efficient and on-track

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or coordination role
  • Strong clerical and data entry skills (accuracy is a must!)
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities and switching gears throughout the day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Bonus: Experience using CRM or scheduling platforms
