How You Succeed

What You Do

1. Define and prioritize the product backlog

2. Collaborate with teams to design customer journeys and deliver new products and features

3. Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders

4. Develop and maintain product requirements and documentation

5. Use customer insights and market trends to guide decisions

6. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely, quality delivery

Who You Are

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years in product ownership or similar roles

• Good understanding of banking products and processes

• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, Agile environment (Agile experience is a plus)
