We are a business consulting services company building an AI-driven system for content creation, marketing, and customer conversion. We are seeking a highly execution-focused, results-driven AI Marketing Operations Lead to oversee our day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing content publishing, following up on customer inquiries, and optimizing operational workflows. We are looking for someone who can ensure consistent output and drive measurable results in our new system.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s AI-assisted content creation and publishing workflow, including copywriting, visuals, short videos, and social media scheduling and execution.
- Oversee multi-platform operations across channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and WeChat.
- Handle initial customer inquiries, organize requirements, drive follow-ups, and support lead conversion.
- Build and optimize customer service scripts, content SOPs, lead tracking sheets, and daily operating mechanisms.
- Coordinate daily execution across devices, accounts, digital assets, publishing, and customer service.
- Track content performance, inquiry volume, and conversion rates, and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Continuously improve the integration of AI tools within content production, customer support, and general business workflows.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in content operations, social media operations, customer service, or marketing.
- Strong execution, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut.
- The ability to work independently while demonstrating coordination and management capabilities.
- Basic data organization and analysis skills, specifically using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
- Experience in consulting, business services, or B2B services is an advantage.

- Operational Efficiency: Effectiveness of SOPs and workflow optimization.
