Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Appliance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers. You will work independently on service calls while collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Disassemble and assemble appliances as needed for maintenance or replacement.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair options, processes, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and hours worked.
• Stay current with new appliance technologies, repair methods, and safety protocols.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in household appliances.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and technical skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
