Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Architect to assist in architectural design, drafting, and site coordination for ongoing construction projects. The role is ideal for a graduate of Architecture who is completing apprenticeship requirements and eager to gain hands-on experience in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of architectural plans, drawings, and details
• Support senior architects and engineers in design development and revisions
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation materials
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings for compliance with project requirements
• Assist in documentation, reports, and permit-related requirements
• Perform other tasks related to architectural works as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Apprentice Architect (for licensure requirements)
• Knowledge of architectural drafting and design principles
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Willing to learn and work both in office and on-site

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
• Basic knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
