Architectural Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Apprentice to join our growing real estate and development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or architecture students seeking hands-on experience in residential projects, site development planning, and real-world construction processes.

You will work closely with our design and project team to assist in creating practical, cost-efficient, and aesthetically appealing housing developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and presentations
• Support in developing site development plans and housing layouts
• Conduct site visits and assist in project documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Help review design compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Prepare reports, estimates, and material specifications
• Perform other tasks related to architectural and project development work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or currently taking Architecture)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or other design software
• Knowledge in rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
