Architectural Coordinator

Job description

Assist the Planning Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants

Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project

Resolve all site architectural issues and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity

Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work

Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works

Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to Master Programme

Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings

Requires experience in site coordination (arrangement of site work, material delivery, mock up, samples, quality control etc) for architectural trade

Workplace Location : Singapore

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
