Architectural Coordinator

Possess a recognized degree/diploma in Architectural Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in building projects.
To check discrepancies between Arch and Structure drawings.
To check submissions of all shop drawings from NSCs and DSCs.
To check discrepancies between Arch and Structure drawings.
To check submissions of all shop drawings from NSCs and DSCs.
To check the accuracy and correctness of shop drawings produced by the draftsman.
To pay particular attention to architectural intent e.g. external groove lines to match windows size, dimensions and position.
To study in greater detail the waterproofing and water-tightness details.
To produce the architectural finishes schedule.
To study all drop areas, especially at toilets, staircases, lift opening, etc.
To ensure proper setting-out by surveyor for finishing works.
To study the flow of water in gutter, flat roofs, drains, etc so as to tie-in with the structure.
To check basic compliance to FSB requirements.
To ensure the production of ironmongery schedule, key system schedule, signage schedule, door and window schedules.
To produce shopdrawing for brickwall and lintel and stiffener locations.
To ensure that samples or mock-ups are produced prior to allowing any trade to proceed full swing with their work.
Ensure protection of architectural finishes.
Coordination for RI (Architecture) and TOP.
To follow the control measures and / or SWP identified in their RA.
