Corrib Oil is seeking a professional and customer-focused Artic Driver to join our team in Athlone. This role involves the safe and efficient collection and delivery of oil products to and from oil depots, operating on a rolling shift pattern (Early & Late Shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely collect and deliver Corrib Oil products as per the daily schedule.
• Maintain regular communication with the Operations Director and/or Transport Manager to provide updates on your schedule.
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer service, keeping customers informed of any potential delays.
• Ensure that all company vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects immediately to the Transport Manager.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or property damage (customer or company) to management without delay.
• Wear the correct uniform and safety gear at all times.
• Be flexible and willing to work additional hours if required to meet customer needs.
• Support operations in other areas during peak periods and holiday cover.
• Ensure that work-related phone calls are redirected when on leave or absent.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Licence (Artic) with ADR certification (HazChem Qualification Essential).
• Previous experience handling bulk liquids is an advantage.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.
• A team player with good communication skills.

Pay: €51,000.00-€54,000.00 per year
