Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day pre-selling activities to generate new business and support sales pipeline growth
- Drives client acquisition through pipeline management and effective client engagement monitoring
- Ensures compliance with processes in securing new corporate accounts
- Prepares and endorses pricing, benefit packages, proposals, and negotiations to senior management
- Escalates market updates, concerns, and issues related to target segments or corporate accounts
- Maintains visibility and builds relationships within key organizations and industry associations
- Submits complete requirements for account closing and ensures documentation accuracy
- Handles and defends requests for ex-gratia claims for clients, when applicable
- Gathers and analyzes market trends and customer feedback for reporting to management
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for C4C/SAP systems and supports automation initiatives
- Ensures compliance of team members with KYC requirements and submits reports to BDM
- Monitors team performance and updates industry and baseline reports
- Prepares performance analysis reports for submission to BDM and AVP
Experience:
- Experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management, preferably in B2B or healthcare/insurance industries
- Proven track record in generating new business and managing sales pipelines
- Experience in pre-selling activities, client engagement, and lead generation
- Background in preparing proposals, pricing, and negotiating with corporate clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills
