At Little Star Preschool, we are excited to expand our team with enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated teacher assistants. We're looking for individuals who will work tirelessly to instill a love of learning in children aged 2 to 5 years. Teacher Assistant Requirements:

As a Teacher Assistant, you should meet the following criteria:

• Work towards acquiring 12+ Early Childhood Education (ECE) units from an accredited institution.
• No prior experience in a preschool classroom required (we provide training).
• Able to provide 2+ professional work references.
• Willingness to work diligently and grow in the field.
• Availability to work 3-5 days a week from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with a flexible schedule.

Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
• Supporting best practices in early childhood education.
• Assisting with light snack preparation.
• Participating in cleaning tasks.
• Collaborating with teachers to ensure a smooth day.
• Gaining experience by working closely with other teachers to build your teaching skills and confidence.
• Training will be provided.

• Excellent attendance, flexibility, and reliability.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance are necessary.( needs to be cleared before starting)
